Simply Sound & Vision - formerly SimplySonosFrustrated for years by lacklustre pre and post-sales service from both the high street and internet retailers, SimplySonos was founded by Simon Lever, a technology industry professional of over 20 years, with a simple objective: To apply a corporate sales approach to the consumer market, thereby creating strong value to the customer.
SimplySonos started business in January 2005 some 6 months before Sonos themselves launched in the UK. It is no exaggeration to say that, as their first reseller and by initiating early PR and marketing activities, SimplySonos contributed significantly to the success of Sonos' UK launch.
Six and a half years later, in September 2011, Sonos announced the shipping of their one millionth room of music. At the same time, SimplySonos announced their 20,000th. That's 2% of Sonos worldwide installations and some 10% of the total UK market. The message is clear: Customers value our no-nonsense, professional approach.
The success of our approach has led to more and more customers asking us for advice on many other aspects of audio-visual products and services. Therefore in April 2012, we decided to rename ourselves "Simply Sound & Vision".
The name "Simply Sound & Vision" maintains the ethos of the organisation - to be able to clealy de-mystify the plethora of products and technologies to choose from. We maintain our specialist Sonos skills but also offer a broader spectrum within the Sound and Vision industry.

During the hours between 08:45am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday your call will be answered by one of our staff who will be able to either handle your enquiry directly, forward your call, or take a detailed message. Outside of these hours, if we are unable to answer, you will be directed to our voicemail service. Messges left will be automatically e-mailed to several members of our team who will endeavour to respond to you promptly.
Messages left at weekends are often responded to same day but may not be handled until Monday.
VISITS & DEMONSTRATIONSWe do not have a high street shop, but operate from two office locations. One in the south, one in the north. You may visit either location for a consultation and demonstration. In our Teddington office we have an extensive range of in-ceiling speakers on audition.
During the week, our office hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday where you can drop in for a demonstration, consultation or to make a purchase. We'd appreciate a call to let us know you are on your way, so that we can avoid appointment conflicts and give you one-to-one attention, but it is not essential to do so.
If you prefer, you can email us your enquiry or demonstration request or (preferably) call us to discuss directly.
We are open in the evenings and weekends by prior appointment. At weekends, although we recommend that you call us in the week to make the appointment, we are often availabe at short notice on the day, but please telephone us in the first instance.
OUT OF HOURS TECHNICAL SUPPORTIf you are experiencing technical difficulties and it is outside of our own working hours, you may wish to contact Sonos Technical support on 0808 234 6596. Their working hours are from 1pm to 10pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Alternatively drop us an email or leave us a voicemail, we monitor these regularly.

That's because everyone at Simply-SaV comes from a background where service delivery has been key to their success. Staffed by individuals who, collectively, have decades of experience working with some of the most prestigeous names in the technology and audio/visual industries, the know-how is second to none.
SALESCall our sales line and talk about your Audio-Visual or Sonos™ requirements. All staff are "Sonos™ Digital Experts" and have been using & installing Sonos™ long before it even officially arrived in the UK. Therefore there's no dealer sales team better equipped to advise you on your installation than us. Not that installation is tricky, it's just that a good talk about your requirements will really set you on your way to getting the most out of it. Of course, we'd be delighted to see you for a demonstration, but if that's not convenient, you can discuss your requirements and order over the telephone.
Depending on your location and needs, a consultation and demonstration at your own home may be arranged. In addition to our own staff, SimplySonos have an extensive network of installing partners around the country to help with the trickier parts of installing such things as in-ceiling speakers. Although Sonos delivers the first affordable multi-room audio solution that's a cinch to set up and use, it's still a reasonable investment to make and there are still some options to consider: Network configuration, location of zone players, speakers to name a few.
Therefore, at SimplySaV, we believe that most people will want to try it before buying it, not to mention eyeballing their dealer to check his credentials. Furthermore, the opportunity to discuss your individual needs face to face means you can avoid making costly mistakes.
